How to Use the CD

 



 

You will benefit from listening to any portion of this CD anytime, even putting it  on at bedtime and falling asleep.  However, for the strongest results, it is recommended that you listen to the CD consistently immediately before practicing your sport. 

Using the CD as a part of your regular work out will give you the best results.  It is recommended that you pick one visualization to listen  to at a time, not all three in a row, unless at bedtime.  

Simply turn on the audio and click to the version that focuses on the area that you want to enhance. 

 

Results will vary from individual to individual.
